ACUHO-I/EBI Resident Assessment »
Each year Texas Tech University Student Housing partners with the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I) and Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (EBI) to help us improve from year to year based on student feedback.
FixIT (Maintenance) Requests »
Maintenance personnel can help residents with routine repairs such as a clogged drain, a broken blind, a leak, etc. Light bulb replacements are available at the hall office. To request maintenance service, a resident must submit a new request using the FixIT online maintenance system.
A resident need not wait in the room for a maintenance mechanic. Whenever a resident submits a request, it gives the staff permission to enter the room and make necessary repairs. If the item is an emergency, the staff may enter without having a work order so the problem can be addressed immediately to prevent further damages.

Each Residence Hall office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist students (with the exceptions of break periods, and is staffed with a professional secretary aided by Student Assistants and Community Advisors.
